HowNow is the last thing on our server, when can we go to the cloud?
Our next generation of document management software is in development right now. The next major release of HowNow will allow for a choice of both storage and access, either in the cloud (Microsoft Azure services) or on-premise services. We are aiming for an early 2019 release.
You can use HowNow Online today, our web based document management system which integrates with the Microsoft Office suite.

What technology is being used for this next generation software?
We are partnering with Microsoft Azure to deliver the next generation of HowNow. Microsoft Azure is the industry leader in Cloud technology and capabilities for the commercial product space. Their security and compliance is far greater than any other cloud provider. Microsoft Azure also service the Australian landscape far better than any other provider by providing multiple regions of redundancy within Australia
Are there any additional costs or licencing required?
The new version is a different service than we have offered previously, so there will be some changes to the subscription model. We aim to make this new service as cost effective as possible for all our firms and we will keep you updated as we get closer to release.
