Implementing HowNow into my business has been one of the best decisions I have made. The Good, Bad and Ugly report forms an integral part of our operational budget setting and dealings with financiers. It has also been the impetus in our strategic planning and ultimate acquisition of another accounting business in order to address some of our highlighted deficiencies.
