Implementing HowNow into my business has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have dramatically reduced my review time on jobs because my team are following a standard process and retrieving clients records or job files from HowNow which is so fast which also allows me to review the complete job onscreen.

HowNow is an integral part of our induction process with new team members. Having standards and systems in HowNow allows our team members to become productive so much faster. We recently employed a new team member and on the second day she was performing tasks unsupervised because she was following the processes in HowNow.

It is so rare in this day and age to find a Software Company that not only listens to its End-Users, but also actively seeks out their input in the hopes of improving the offering that they have – but I guess that’s why you guys don’t think of yourselves as a Software Company, but rather as a Business Partner and Adviser which I think you definitely live up to. Brent and I walked away with a very good feeling after the Client Forum – both to know that any pain points we are experiencing at a Business Level we weren’t alone in, but also that from a Systems perspective, there were definitely improvements on the horizon from a Company committed to providing a best of breed solution. We look forward to having the opportunity to do it again in a year or two.

The Good, Bad and Ugly report forms an integral part of our operational budget setting and dealings with financiers. It has also been the impetus in our strategic planning and ultimate acquisition of another accounting business in order to address some of our highlighted deficiencies.
