Need Help? Where to Start ...
The first place to look for help on using HowNow® is the Help menu in HowNow®. Select Help > HowNow Help and then browse the Contents or search the Index. (We hide a lot of great information in the help file!)
If you're a HowNow® Administrator, search on 'HowNow Administrator Training' on the Documents screen in your HowNow® to find a series of excellent training modules. Right-click these in HowNow® and select Add to Favourites to add them to your personal shortlist of commonly used documents.

The second place to go for help is to ask your firm's or your team's designated HowNow® Administrator(s). They have been through the HowNow® Administrator Training program and will be able to answer most questions you have about using HowNow® in your organisation.
The third place to go for help, in cases where your HowNow® Administrator(s) cannot answer your query, is for your HowNow® Administrator(s) to contact the Support Team at businessfitness™ on your behalf. Please note that only your designated HowNow® Leader and primary HowNow® Administrator are provided with access to the businessfitness™ Support Team.

Online Training - Online businessfitness™ Classes
We conduct live online training sessions—we call them Online businessfitness™ Classes—each month. Each of these is recorded and added to our On Demand Training library where clients* can replay these sessions whenever they choose. These multimedia files will stream down to your computer (meaning you don't need to download the entire file before it will start playing) and play through Windows Media Player. This allows you to pause or rewind the sessions where appropriate so you can discuss the content with your team when running team training sessions each month. Your computer will require speakers for the audio.
The live Online businessfitness™ Classes require prior registration in order for you to take part. The live events give particpants the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.

One-On-One Training
It is essential that at least one person in your organisation—or your team or department if you're in a large organisation—is fully trained as your HowNow® Administrator. In larger organisations, we recommend that two of your team go through the HowNow® Administrator training, with one of those team members designated as your primary HowNow® Administrator, and the other person as your backup HowNow® Administrator.
This approach reduces your risk and makes life easier for you if your primary HowNow® Administrator leaves your organisation. Your backup HowNow® Administrator then becomes your primary HowNow® Administrator, and you put the new person through the HowNow® Administrator Training to become your new backup HowNow® Administrator. Easy.
While for standard users, using HowNow® is simple, due to the advanced administrator and content management functions of HowNow®, your HowNow® Administrator(s) must go through the training program. The Administrator Training Sessions can be conducted live online or on-site.
