HowNow® Records Manager

HowNow® Records Manager is an exciting new optional add-on module for the management of records such as emails, incoming correspondence, client documents and workpapers, and outgoing correspondence.
The HowNow® Knowledge Manager base module is first required before the Records Manager module can be installed.
An additional button and screen appears in HowNow®:
HowNow® Records Manager is an exciting addition to the HowNow® suite. Combined with HowNow® Knowledge Manager it provides you with a unique end-to-end solution for managing ALL documents and emails that flow into, through and out of your organisation.
Your people will at last have one place to go to search for any document or email, and they'll find what they're looking for in seconds. Any document is just a few clicks away, literally.

HowNow® Publisher
HowNow® Publisher is another optional add-on module which allows you to publish content from the Documents (Procedures, Standards and Templates) area of your HowNow® database across the internet directly into the HowNow® databases of branch offices or other affiliated organisations.
HowNow® Publisher is relevant to:
- Multi-office organisations such as national accounting, legal or financial planning networks,
- Franchise groups,
- Dealer groups within the financial services industry,
- Publishers of business content such as best practice procedures, standards and templates, and
- Any organisation that has a need to distribute content directly into the intranets (HowNow®) of subsidiary, affiliated or subscriber organisations.
