Loading Your Documents and Records is Easy

It's easy to load your existing documents and records into HowNow®. Your organisation can be up and running with HowNow®, with all your existing documents and records loaded into it, within 2 hours of installing the program. We guide you through each step.

Content Modules are Available

You can also load the included HowNow® Business Content Module which includes generic 'starter content' and templates that make it easy for you to create your own customised procedures, checklists, forms and other documentation, simply by modifying the generic documents provided.

Where appropriate, optional Content Modules can also be purchased and loaded into your HowNow®:

• HowNow® Accountants for accounting practices (This content is widely regarded as the leading generic best practice procedures, standard documents and electronic workpapers in Australia.)
• HowNow® Financial Services for financial planning firms

Training and Implementation Support is Provided

We also offer a comprehensive training and implementation program to train your HowNow® Administrator, plus a Getting Started Team Workshop to explain HowNow® and its benefits to your team.

Individual team members require only a few minutes training because HowNow® is so easy to use. If a person knows how to enter a few keywords, click on search options and double-click to open a document, they know how to use HowNow®.
